HI! I'm Cory and i'm 20 years old, and I just bought a red 1964 1/2 Mustang Coupe with red interior, 260 V8 and a 3 speed automatic trans. and i'm going to dedicate this page to it and other classic Mustangs so come back really soon for pics!

��� The mustang was introduced on April 17, 1964 at the New York World's fair.� The base price was $2, 368.� Other options available included spinners added to standard wheel covers - $17.82, Backup Lamps - $10.47, full lengthen console - $50.41, Rally-Pac (tachometer/clock cluster) - $69.30 factory installed� - $75.96 dealer installed, Styled Steel Wheels - $120, 210hp D-code 289 - about $150, Wire Wheelcovers $44.83 (plus $17.82 for "knock-off hubs").� The base engine in 1964 1/2 was a 101hp 170ci six-cylinder.� At the one-year mark, Ford had sold 417,000 mustangs.� 80% of 1964 1/2 sales were hardtops.� They had a wheelbase of 108in, had a length of 181.6in, and a height of 51.1in.
